Our Model
COMPONENTS
Our teams are staffed with 4-6 analysts and led by an experienced Engagement Manager. Our projects typically last 3-5 months, depending on your business needs.

Alphabet Soup (2022)
It can be a very lonely task running a small business. When I worked with CYC I felt like a contestant on a makeover show with a whole team of people on my side. I could brainstorm with them and we could bounce ideas off each other. The time and thought they put into their work showed that they really cared about my business.
Although they were just students, they had a lot of helpful knowledge about business practices and marketing. I worked with three teams, one on social media, one on web design and one on customer feedback. The web design team gave me some helpful tips to keep my website looking modern and uncluttered, while still showing the personality of my small business. The social media team helped guide me to using Instagram Reels which gave me a huge boost in views and brought my marketing in front of thousands of new potential customers.
I also appreciated how well the CYC team listened to me, and took my limitations into account. They didn't give me a big wish list of impractical suggestions that I would never have time or money for. They really tailored their suggestions to things that were attainable. I have recommended them to other small business owners I know, and I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to work with them again someday.
